Expanding communication channels and establishing and maintaining connections between women activists and NGOs constitutes one of the main areas of focus for Flying Broom.
In this context, the “Flying News” communication bulletin began publication in February 1998. Published bimonthly, the bulletin aimed to support women’s groups by providing information about legal rights, amendments to women’s rights legislation, nationwide and international activities, new publications, and related cultural events.
Additionally, the bulletin was also published in English under the name Flying News and was distributed to embassies in Ankara and international women’s organizations.
