The project initiated by Flying Broom with Ford aimed to bring more women into the industrial sector and thereby enable women to break out of their traditionally established gender roles and become active in different sectors. Within this scope, awareness training on gender equality was provided to engineers working in Ford factories. Additionally, young women studying in vocational high schools were given the opportunity to specialize in Ford-related fields through Ford.
