When Uçan Süpürge was first established, one of the primary issues it addressed within the framework of its mission and vision was to conduct needs analyses of women’s organizations and to present organizational models, discussing how better and more effective organization could be achieved together with women’s organizations if there were deficiencies. Under the moderation of Prof. Dr. Yıldız Ecevit, one of the founders of Uçan Süpürge, meetings were held with women’s organizations in 7 regions to discuss organizational models, problems they faced locally, and solutions that could be found through women’s solidarity and cooperation.
